Passionate about dressage?
Then join us in Malines on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 December.
For the fist time in six years, the world’s biggest stars will be competing for the FEI Dressage World Cup at Flanders Christmas Horse Show. But that is not all. Lot’s of local heroes, striking ponies and promising young dressage horses will show our audience what they are capable of. On Friday and Saturday we will pamper all dressage enthusiasts with exciting competitions and demonstrations. Belgian dressage is on the rise and therefore it deserves to be center of attention at Jumping Mechelen. Please be mindful that the dressage events will start one day later than they did the last few years. They will also take place on primetime, which is a bit later than they used to.
In addition, this year we also have a real scoop. Using the new ‘Spectator Judging’ app, fans will be able to score the World Cup competitors themselves, in real-time. We will show the spectator scores on a big screen in the Arena A and compare them to the verdict of the jury. To get started, you only need to download the ‘Spectator Judging’ app via iTunes or Google Play and create an account.
In 2011, Adelinde Cornellissen and Jerich Parzival won the last Dressage World Cup at Jumping Mechelen. After years of lobbying, our audience will once again be able to experience such a wonderful moment. Our very own Jorinde Verwimp will be competing as well. Moreover, the World Cup in Malines will be the last show she will be entering with her loyal companion Tiamo.
Come support this handsome duo, and all the other stars and Belgian riders, in Malines. Tickets are available via teleticketservice.
