Mechelen is a show that I love and normally I always perform well here. Zippo was very fresh and I had some tension but I kept control and made no mistakes.”
Belgian champion Jorinde Verwimp rode Tiamo with 70,900 to second place. Jorinde:”Unfortunately Tiamo bucked at the end of the extended canter and that cost me a lot of points. But at the end I was pleased with Tiamo because he was fresh and at his age (17) that is very important.”
